Is it difficult to have enough doctors?
Is it difficult to provide proper nutrition?
Can we do it?

Is Modi govt increasing availability of
doctors? Yes
Do we have sufficient delivery mechanism
 for basic nourishment for poor? Yes
Do we have sufficient food and money resources
for allocation to help poor? Yes.

But we have to make that as our objective and work towards resolving
