I do not know how many will read above news article and even if read how many understand and will apply in life. The clogged, dried up lakes/water bodies in our cities is our problem as it is an artifact our modern life; papers, plastics, garbage thrown away gets collected in water ways, lakes. Do we need blame others? Will it help? Do we have govt staff for that? Even if we have are they sufficient? do we respect and appreciate so called municipal workers. Since it is costly to have permanent employees, some Palerla manager feudal landlords invented mechanism of ‘out sourcing’ to contractors, contractors engage poor daily wagers and exploit. Educated elite are happy as taxes are effectively utilized by visionary administrators and marketeers. The politicians happy to get commission in awarding contracts. The officials are happy to get bribed for passing contractor bills, contractor is happy for making his profit and he can become municipal councilor. Left wingers are happy as they have exploited poor people present in society to agitate for. Media man is happy to write articles with sensational news headlines.
